Manoj, before booking you have to verify such things. Why didn't you do so? Negligence at that time has led to such complications now. But anyways check the documents clearly, see what the builder has given in various documents. If there is delay then will there be any compensation provided or something like that will be allowed or not.
I have no idea about property matters. just tell me whether I may continue with this project or I should come out from this ? builder has no satisfactory answer. pl z tell your best answer as I m in catch 22.
