Q: Hi, does the Konark Meadows project in Wagholi has issue with the environment clearance?

Latest Answer: I checked with Karia Developers about meadows 2 days back. The possession is getting delayed by 6 months because of environment clearance issue. Initially, they were saying it is not needed as area is less and blah blah..now they are saying this and expecting the EC by oct. I dont understand how this works and how SBI approved the project and giving loans.
