is it fine to buy in ambika darshan tower bldg kandivali east cp road.any 1bhk available there?

Hello, For how much you are getting 1 BHK apartment in Ambika Towers? If you are getting it for 55lakhs to 60 lakhs then go for it but if the rate is more then Rs 60 lakhs it is better to go for a new project.
it is more then 60lakhs and is a new project
