Which area to buy property.
Q: Hi I am looking into buying/investing in property and I have three options which I'm nd also it is not a gated community) and (c) same size of villa like Maytas in Gopanpally in a nice gated community. All three properties are of the same price. Please advise where should I invest? I will rely on your advise to make my discussion. Thank you. S

Hi Santosh, if u r looking for long term investment then I wud advice u to go for ORR near by localities like Ghatkaesar, Bhongir etc...low rates within city range and HMDA with Gated community...these r minimal criteria to think on. otherwise other options r there near hitec, manikonda but as per my knowledge the rates r high n water prob due to appartments n moreover people hv plots of GP not all HMDA...so think n visit sites then go ahead... :) thanx.

Hello ..i think you should go for Kondapur..but yes it all depends how much you are ready to pay. Properties in Kondapur are bit expensive.
