Investment at Pocharam Or Nagole - Bandlaguda?
Q: Hi, I have a plan to invest on land in hyderabad outskirts. one is at Pocharam on Warangal highway and second is surrounding to Bandlaguda- nagole And my plan is, currently for investment but in next 2/3 years i want s to build a house.. Could you please suggest which options is better? My investment would be 12- 15 Lacs.. And what can be appreciation in 2 years? Please advice..thanks in advance! And pls suggest if any well known townships around..

hi Utsav, Thanks for your reply and appreciate. May i know what is analysys you suggested on Pocharam Comparing with Bandlaguda in Nagole? I think Bandlaguda in Nagole surroundings is more nearer to nagole Metro station in future right?
