Sriven Homes is the builder of Sriven Splendour. The project was expected to get completed by December 2012 but no idea whether the project is completed or still underconstruction.

Hi Bharat, did you book an apartment in Chourasia Manor Phase-II.
Hi Sekhar, so far it is a smooth relationship with the builder. I am happy with the progress and the quality of the work. It is going as per the schedule. The project would be completed by Dec 2014 as per the agreement. The only downside i am seeing with the builder is, they were not ready or flexible with the alterations which we suggest. Again this is not 100% omissions, they are accepting the minor changes but not like lofts, shelfs etc.

As far as I know the project has been approved by BBMP and the possession is by 2017. The project offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments with size ranging from 1090 sqft to 1650 sqft. Are you planning to book an apartment in this project?
Hi Amarnath, yes I am planning to book one apartment. I think you are referring to the other project of DS & JAKS group. This one is almost complete and possession is sometime next month.
