Unless a simplified mechanism is provided, buyers will have to comply with the withholding tax registration or TAN, tax payment, e-TDS returns, issue of TDS certificate to seller in order to claim tax credit unless a simplified mechanism is provided in this direction, said an expert.The transaction of the provision of property of Rs 50 lakhs and more has to happen at one go. As large number of transactions are installment based and extend over 3-5 years where installments are disbursed directly by banks. The provision says that the home buyers will be solely responsible for the TDS deduction each time the bank pays out installment until the bank takes over the responsibility. The location seems to be good. I had a talk with the sales person they said that the rate is not finalized yet. But I came to know that they provide quality construction, work progress also good in their project Elena in Phase -1 . One of my friends booked there and got a good feedback on the project. they says this is high end project with more than 60% openspace and its high-rise building. The location seems to be good. The project Sipani Bliss is having two phases. When are the phases expected to get completed?
Actually they have revised the price per sqft to Rs 2450. The project offers 1,2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 530 sqft - 1416 Sq.Ft.

Gangothri Elegance is one of the ongoing project by Venki Builders and Developers. The expected completion date of the project is by end of this year (2014). The project offers 2 and 3 bedrooms apartment and the rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 2899.

Hi , I have booked a 2BHK in Sipani Bliss Phase 2 in G Block. The construction seemed good. With good Amenities which they are providing. The possession date is July2016. Not sure if it can be done by that time or not. Allover it was good. Waiting for timely possision by Sipani Bliss Phase 2. Regards, Jag
The project is located near Electronic City after Chandrapura Circle, just 1 km off Hosur Main Road. Attractive payment scheme is you have to 20% at the time of booking and rest 80% on possession. MR Classic is an ongoing project by MR Developers. The project is expected to get completed by end of this year. The project has got approval from BBMP and they are going to provide A Khata.

Prestige Song of South had got approval from Bangalore Development Authority and all the leading banks. The project is estimated to get completed by third quarter of 2019
