I am planning to buy 2 bhk flat at vertex prime Nizampet.
Q: What would be the best /sft price ? Vertex Prime 2bhk - 1140 Aminuties - 485000

Latest Answer: Vertex constructions is very bad in quality, service and never worth to money. I own a flat n vertex prime. There are numerous times, i have seen water leeks in walls and ceilings. There is no proper service when i complained. There are lots of arguments i had. There are many other issues, i noticed. I will never recommend vertex constructed flats.
