Q: Anybody bought apt in vijaya spring woods pls share your reviews

Latest Answer: I had plans to buy a flat here but now I am not sure. A resident confirmed that it is true that after obtaining the OC, the builders are constructing some flats on the terrace and in the front for which they have no approval. That will make the OC invalid, right? Can someone from the builder's side comment on this?
