What are the current rates in the Jakkur area?

My comments to replies
Currently, average property price per sqft in Jakkur for apartments is Rs 5,117 whereas for houses it is Rs 8,341. Average property rate in Jakkur for residential plots is Rs 3,224. Average property price for apartments in Jakkur is Rs 1.04 Crore whereas for houses it is 2.08 Crore. Average property price for residential plots in Jakkur is 1.43 Crore.
Thank u Nagesh. So for a 1700 sq ft apartment a price of 85 lacs is reasonable isnt it?
