Huge cost hike by sovereign
Q: Got a letter from sovereign about a huge cost hike for the apartment. If others are also getting same kind of letters ?

Latest Answer: I do not understand the logic of CREDAI forcing the builder to hike the price. Where were they during the promotion stage. I strongly feel we should logde an official complaint with CREDAI and THEN wait for their response.
