Plz provide current rate and availablity of flats

Hello Vijay, the current price per sq ft will be around Rs 5,000. Currently you can get 1bhk, 2bhk, 3bhk. The price for 1bhk will be around Rs 30 lakhs approx for 572 - 578 sq.ft, for 2bhk it would be 55 lakhs for 1096 - 1103 sq.ft , for 3bhk it would be 92 lakhs approx for 1674 - 1836 sq.ft. Which unit are you planning to buy ?
Thanks for the details. I am planning to buy 2bhk. I am planning to take loan ? I would like to know the payment mode.
