Any body know about Ambooj wadi area Is Legal or illegal plot in Malvani Malad west
Q: any body know about Ambooj wadi area in malwani malad west , there are open plot which some local person and some agent are selling that one.

Latest Answer: Hi Sankalp, Got to know that the area in and around Ambooj wadi is a totally slum area. It is a big risk to invest in a plot in such locality. It is a gamble what one will take. Huge risk involved!!!!. Watch out and be careful regarding this matter.

i had purchased 1 bhk flat in c wing of geeta height nr police station in 2010 but till on constuction work is going .
Q: is there any kind of issue or i bluff with builder.pls suggest me what should i do

Latest Answer: Dear Mr. Usuf and Mr. Brian ... looking at comment from people who said that they got possession or going to get are completely false, i can understand your concerns as i am also one of the person who has invested the money from last 4 years and now when spoke with builder about returning money he said can not return money now and not ready to give a post dated cheque also.. I will coordinate with both of you on given number.. will find some more people and directly put a case.
