I visited Sri Amethyst apartments yesterday which is under construction currently by Sri Srinivasa Developers. The floor plan looks ok to me. The price they quoted is Rs 3200 per sqft which is negotiable and they got approvals from BBMP and A Khata is there. Can some one please let me know if Sri Srinivasa Developers is good to invest in and also Sri Amethyst? Thanks Darshan, I do not know much about the quality of work by Sri Srinivasa Developers. Currently in that location, I released there is water problem and connection of cauvery water is yet to come. Roads traffic is not smooth due to road conditions and frequent traffic jams. I believe water, roads & other problem would get resolved in due course but main thing is to ensure confidence on the builder. Rs 3200 per sqft is high currently, please suggest what should be the correct price in that locality (Devasandra, KR Puram). Does anyone has idea on other properties coming up in this area, I got to know about Pavithra Olympus by Pavithra Builders & Developers.
