Hi, I saw white rose layout in whitefield recently.
Q: Though it looks good, there is no construction in the layout. Are there any legal issues for this layout? Also there seems to be no amenities & as per understanding there will not be approval from BBMP if there are no amenities provided by the developer. Can any one help on this?

May be the civic authority have not approved the plan for which they are not able to start the construction.
Hi Sujan, what is the affect of that? can we start construction on our own? What can be the procedure if it is not approved as of today?
