Regarding approvals for Lakebreeze
Q: Hi. i have a question related to the approvals for this project LNR LakeBreeze. Can you please let me know whether this project is approved by State Bank and LIC HF. If so, then builder should be able to produce the approval letter from SBI. Has anyone booked a unit in this property? Has the builder been able to show the legal approval letter from SBI for this project. Please let me know.

Hi Milind.. Yes the sales person had told the same thing to us also.. I have booked a unit in this project and the booking amount is also given. But now, when I am asking for the approval letter from SBI, they are not able to produce the correct document.
