Should I invest 60 lakh INR in commercial property or residential property or both in Noida/Greater Noida?
Q: Hi, I am originally from Punjab, now working in Noida & staying on rent here. I am planning to sell off some of my agricultural land worth 60 lakh INR. Pls advise me on investing these 60 lakh INR in Noida & Greater Noida. I am eligible for house loan of 40 lakh INR. I am interested in the following projects: 1) Either I should buy a 3BHK apartment in Jaypee Wishtown, Noida (Krescent Homes or Kasa Isles) 2) Or I should invest in 525 sq. ft. furnished office space in World Trade Center, Yamuna Expressway. 3) Or I should I invest in WTC, Yamuna expressway and also buy an apartment in Greater Noida. I have no past experience of investment, legal implications, taxes & loan etc. Kindly advise me from every perspective. Thanks in anticipation!!!
