Aryan Park Avenue Attibele 2 and 3 BHK for Rs.1900/- pre launch price... It is worth investing ??
Q: I want to invest in a pre launch project of Aryan Hometec Pvt Limited named as Aryan Park Avenue. Is it a good project and can I consider investing here at Rs.1900/- psf pre launch price... Please advice

Q: If the rate quoting at present is Rs.2607/-. Further, kindly clarify could one find a 2 bhk approx 800 sq feet or 3 bhk approx 1000 sq feet on rent.
