Q: Only the Flats completed and handed over. No amenities are avaialble. No shops/Transport/Hospital/Food near By. The committed facilities are also not completed and not in a condition to use.

Hello Raja..have you visited the site..?? I think you should talk to the builder in detail. He will be able to explain things going on.
I am owner of the flat....am living in the site only...talking to them is simply talking with a wall.....
