registry of some flat has been done without getting NOC from the gda ?
Q: it is illegal & invalid. builder cant give possession without NOC then after that registration of individual flat, if it is happen, all of us will be in trouble later or wastage of time & money also. so first we should gather the information from the competent authority from all aspects. value infra official says come to meet & satisfy, what it means.....,company should follow equal rules for all. I manoj kumar owner of flat no.:D026, flat at meadows vista project at raj nagar extention, ghaziabad.
