Disconnection of water facilities in case of defaulting the maintenance dues
Q: We are buying water from the tanker suppliers every day and spending 1850 per month. Can we disconnect the water connection, if any of the resident in apartment is not paying the water due, even when we are buying water.

Latest Answer: That is better actually.. when few are not paying, shelling out money without even using the service is not at all fair.. All residents have to speak to the management about this and take some decision.
