What is the future of Dwarka-Manesar Express way stretch? as a investor point of view. What is average price?

Latest Answer: See dude, Delhi NCR, and all the expressway is having a positive aspect, just because slowly this areas are growing into one of the most luxurious cities and well developed. Looking at the number of builders thats comingin with projects in Manesar, makes it so prominent that Manesar expressway is just gonna boom more in future.

what is the future of DLF Express Green M1, manesar?. can any body say if, I invest now in that project as investor, what profit I can expect in 2014?

Latest Answer: dear sanjay, there is less chance of apreciation in time of one year in particular project. if you want to invest for small period i,ll suggest you to go with fresh booking, pre launch project you can get there upto 1000 Rs per sq yard increase in one year of span. regards vikash sharma cross road consultatns sohna road 8053738583
