Q: My flat H-302. I called society Plumber Vijay for the assessment of the leakage problem. After inspection he said that repair of the leakage will cost Rs. 40000/- to rectify including material. On my doubt he remained firm on his assessment and said if he is wrong he will pay back entire amount. I doubted his statement and Got the leak checked by another plumber, he rectified the leak which was from elbow joint of main drain costed me Rs. 300/- only. I requested Hon Secretary to ban the plumber for the society work as he is misguiding the members. Hon Secretary did not agree to my point and backed the plumber. I request Managing Committee to intervene. The details of various communication can be obtained by society office. Rgds Awadhesh Upadhyay
