Q: Any comments on GKInfra Builder ? I am planning to buy a villa here.

Latest Answer: Please stay away from this project as i am suffering after booking one here. From past 2 years there is no development in the layout, no roads, no street lights in the layout. Forget any amenities, there is no boundary wall still in the layout. Even after umpteen follow up with the builder (Mr.Ashok Gowda) , we have only received fake promises to be done soon, and now finally we are getting frustrated answers like "The roads and lights are not in my control, its in govt's control", imagine how your Spanish villa will then be.Guys please check their real site (layout) and you will know truth
