Q: Heard that Coimbatore is going to be made a smart city. Is that true? You guys know anything about this?

Apartment association election norms
Q: One of my good old friend wish to contest in Association election in Chennai.But the flat is registered in his wife's name.Do you/can check with your known circles,if he can legally contest in the elections as per TN laws.We got couple of such small communities around Chennai.We need to validate with bigger communities as well .Appreciate your help.
