i have purchased a flat in Arabian Cluster in casa rio D wing wanted to know the construction status does anybody know ?

Construction activity seems to be going on at a fair pace.. Last time I saw, some of the sample flats were ready in the vicinity tower.. Development is on.. In the finishing stage as I have heard..

No infrastructure developments as such.. But the locality is expecting a good price appreciation.. What is the price they are quoting??

Mr Sudhir, since you have booked a flat in this project, would you be able to throw some light about the same??? I am interested in booking a 2 BHK in this project..
factors i was looking for : a known builder , good locality ,amenities and appreciation when you sale it, so i thought this would be good choice , i saw many flats in navi mumbai but had high price so finally settled for this
