Is there a mailing list or a social group of people who have purchased a flat at Godrej E-City?
Q: I have purchased a flat at Godrej E-City and I am going through certain experiences. I would like to know if there is any group created where owners can get together to work constructively with the builder to ensure we get a good quality job done while having a great experience doing so.

how can they deliver in a years time when even the foundation is not dug?

Hi Rajveer, In my point of view the Project is ideally Located at Sector 37C, Gurgoan. The most enviable and prestigious residential project in the Capital's neighborhood. It is a suburban Air-Condition Residential Apartment which offers 2/3 BHK , area ranging from 1300 sq-ft to 1745 sq-ft. Builder quoted price 4800/sq-ft. I t spreads across 22 ares. It is expected to be completed on December 2016.
Thanks Suroshree. But you are perhaps talking about ILD Grand and not Grand Centra. I had been to the site two months back.
