i am planning to take up an apartment on rent in escape, nirvana country. just wanted to know the pros & cons and if the basic amenities like maintenance, power backup & security are in place?

Latest Answer: Hi Roiht, did u book flat in Espace Nirvana county? I had heard of few complaints against Unitech group in their past project saying that they were making some illegal demands from buyers. So try doing some research on this builder before getting committed.
