Hi.... this project has two phases. The first phase sold out for fresh sale, although you can try for re sale, which will available with the owners of the units. This project has a great location and the brand is trusted one. So i guess who should try for second phase or re sale.

Dude, appreciation in that particular area is really good. This is one of the most posh area, you can say. Also the connectivity, like you have Yamuna Expressway, which will draw good value in near future. Guys ... after the project is launched, the price will be Rs 7200 per sq ft... hence if you wanna book it , try and do it now.
Metro station like Vaishali metro station is 1.5 km away, Kaushambi is 0.5 km away and NH 24 is 1.5 km away.hence the connectivity of the project is very good.

Yes the budget is perfectly fine for the unit... they hve sizes between 1940 sq ft,2300 sq ft,3100 sq ft. They have quoted Rs 8295 as their price per sq ft.

Hi the project is located just next to Noida Expressway. You have three wide roads that connects the project with rest of the sector and importantly within few km FNG is crossing the sector. And i personally think all these are advantages for the people who are investing in this project. :)

hello pallav, i did speak to them about this project... it seems that it has 3bhks and i think these are like builder floors.. Total 3 floors in all and the costs are Rs 66 L for the ground floor while the 1st and 2nd floor costs 62 L and 64 L respectively

Hi... As far as the area is concerned, i feel that the yamuna expressway is quite a happening location with the Gautam Buddha univeristy nearby and these plots are around 5-6 kms from Pari chowk .
Hi..i too was looking and a broker has got plots and the rate told to me was Rs 30 lakhs for a 130sq yards plot and the possession will be in another 5-6 months and so the payment has to be made in 30-45 days. I think bank loans too is available from leading banks like HDFCetc..

Well, i was informed that the prices start at Rs 3000 - Rs 3500 depending on the rad width near the plot of your choice. The lowest plot size is 48 sq yards and will cost around 2 and half to 3 lakhs approx.

Well, i was advised that the Bhumi Pujan has just happened and the developmental work is ongoing. it will take around 5-6 months that the development activity to happen. They will be constructing the boundary wall, main gate and security , plantations and parks, parking areas, water and electricity as well as sewage system.

well I'm not very sure of the authorizations although the brokers said that the layout etc has got approvals. There are no bank loans available but the developers give you the facility to make payment in installments and in the time period of 1 year and above.

They charge 24% if payment goes late but provide 5 rs/Sq feet compensation . Hi Nakul, According to me , upcoming metro station is around 10mins away from this project. Proposed FNG ( Faridabad Noida Ghaziabad) expressway is approx 5km away from this sector. This sector situated equidistant from Gurgaon as well as Noida. From connectivity point of view, this is an ideal location well connected with other parts of the city. Very suitable for end use as well as investment.
@ Nakul, In my opinion, this is an excellent location, surrounded with many township developments. RPS City & RPS Palms are two major landmarks of this sector. Wazipur road & other streets are providing intercity connectivity to this sector. This area has extraordinary potential considering the accessibility of affordable housing at good price.

Right Bikram, Roti, Kapda and Makan are the three basic needs of the people moves to Mumbai. You provide them Makan, they will arrange the rest of the two. Hey Guys, I wanted to know the reason of slide realty market. According to you which are the factors that effects a lot?
According to me both supply and demand side factors effect the realty markets. If i talk about supply side then RBI's Banking policy seems to have hold property developers either stop construction or cut prices. Secondly, NDA Govt. has cut subsidies sharply and is shifting subsidies to Direct Benefit Transfer. As a result real estate construction has been checked. And if we see the demand side, then we will find that Black Money Bill which went live on 1st July'2015 and has made HNW families unwilling to invest in Real Estate.

Q: Hi, I booked a flat in Antriksh Golf Link around a year back in tower H. As per the broker this tower was supposed to be the premium tower of all but till now there is no sign of construction of this tower. I have visited the site 3-4 times but everytime builder is giving me excuses though in the agreement it is mentioned that the possession will be given in Dec 2016 which seems next to impossible. so anybody has got information when the construction will be started for Tower H?

Good morning Sai, I agree with you. If we don't get possession of our flat on time will take legal action. This is the only way we can put pressure on builders for possession. I have seen one of their development work in Faridabad. They have completed SRS Tower in Faridabad is the greatest achievement of the company. Hi Piyush, From an investment point of view, the best areas are Bhiwadi, New Gurgaon and Dwarka Expressway, Yamuna Expressway, Faridabad. These localities are best options so far, but to find the exact locations and best property in this localities you have get in touch with the local brokers or you have to ask to your friends and relatives and then shortlist the properties. You can also check these areas on real estate portals such as commonfloor.com where you can get complete property specifications, project details, locality details, builder history, approval history, location maps and prices.
I am agree with Tamal.....and if somebody is going for ready-to-move projects, they will have to pay a hefty amount and the price of this flat won't increase significantly in coming years since the price is already excess and the builders have a large nos of empty flats. And if you are buying a flat which is under construction, you may get possession at a delay of about 2-5 yrs.
