There is no fast growth in prices of properties in Bhiwadi, but soon it is going to grow at a faster rate as there will be tremendous growth. The city expansion is also in pipeline. Yes we should, but even Delhi took time to grow, and when Raj Nagar have all good connectivity like it is just a 15-minute drive to Delhi, Greater Noida is 35 minutes, Vasundhara is 10 minutes, Indirapuram is 10 minutes, Vaishali is 10 minutes , Meerut and Hapur is 40 minutes each . @ Rishab, As per different sources, the condition of the common effluent and sewage treatment plant calls for monitoring. Some of these treatment plants release waste very close to residential areas even in prime locations such as Bhagat Singh Colony. In the long run, this may affect the ground water. Industrial sewage needs to be checked.

Major USP of Gatik Eden Gardens:- 1) Residential title of the plot with finance facilities, 2) 85% Green Area, 3) Resort like club and amenities, 4) Walled Complex with Wide Internal Road Network and 5) first project in Bhiwadi with Golf Course. As far as connectivity is concerned, it is next to Sector-109 Bhiwadi and near upcoming 300 Ft. Neemrana-Bhiwadi Expressway and just 10-mins Drive from Honda Plant. 80% Boundary Wall complete before scheduled on 4th Installment​. They are 4 months ahead of their schedule. They are expecting to finish the Project by December 2017.

Q: How is the locality of Tapukara in Bhiwadi District. I haven't heard this name as i am a IT professional and stat in Pune last 8 yrs. Is this locality good for investment?

Fairwealth Breeze Homes is a BIhwadi Development Authority approved project and they have NA permission and change of land use. As far as bank approval is concerned, LIC Housing Fin. Ltd., SBI, DHFL etc have approved it for home loan facilities. Expected date of possession will be October,2018.

Q: I tries a site visit of Managalm Arpan Villas. From ISKCON Temple onwards the road is so bad and it becomes worst on reaching the Villas. I request all not to buy the villas as the approach is very bad
