oxirich.com/oxirich-sanskriti.html reasonably priced, good location and good construction quality (check their last project in bhiwadi itself, which has almost full occupancy now) And you should get it somewhere between 2250-2300 per sq ft...i booked a flat a month back that was for 2250

It si said that the price would be raised upto 1 lac from the next month. Well rakhi, the ground floor is for around Rs 32 lakhs .. these are towers having 9 floors in total....

Is this an under construction project?? if yes when is the possession???
Hi Payal, this is a 60 acres township project and is being build in phases..around 15 blocks are planned of which 5 have been built and possession done more than 30 families are already residing here.. so it is good for end use... in this phase around 7 blocks are being planned and construction is ongoing... and for this particular block the first floor is being constructed and that will be ready for possession by dec 2016. The area is good about a km from Nh8 and near the japanese zone... there are ATMs, commercial and retail shops already functional.

Payal, they have got the necessary approvalas from rajasthan government without which construction cannot be started.... Almost all nationalsied and private banks are funding upto 80% of the project... banks like SBI,Canara, hdfc and icici are known approvers...

yes Anis, unitech has started selling someof its assets and instead of clearing their debt, they are putting the money into construction and plans to deliver the 6 million sqft of the pendings...
Due to economy slowdown many builders have defaulted including DLF, Parsvnath and Emaar - MGF but guess now its high time that they complete the pending works

Well, no this is an underconstruction project and it will take around 2 and half years to complete the project.

LIC and PNB have already approved and given loans . paperwork is in process with SBI and HDFC and brokers are quite positive that it will be approved

Hi Kiran, i had enquired and these plots are government approved and also has approvals from some banks . The developer too is ok... not much name but has been in joint venture with quite a few projects in delhi and NCR.. The layout and other details are very nice for the NDLC city 1 inBhiwadi.
Hi.. well as of now there are plots , but they are also planning for group housing apartments and commercial areas as well. the project is quite centrally located at around 5 kms off NH8 and parallel to the Delhi-Jaipur highway... it is near the Kajaria tiles factory and is also close to the Korean and Japanese industrial zone in Bhiwadi. Proposed DMIC(freight Corridor)is also nearby.

hmmm..right now the 200 sq yards plots are priced at around Rs 7990/sq yard. and as far as banks are concerned i am aware of Axis, PNB and DHFL that are financing the project

possession is expected by end of 2016 and as far as location is concerned Alwar by pass road is among the developing areas here and the place has got good and reputed developers here..so the neighborhood is great and there area lot of facilities as well here.

Hi Rishab, As per my knowledge, upcoming locations like Bhiwadi could be strategic. For many young, first time buyers budget is a constraint. While they may like to invest in city centres, prices do not allow this. Bhiwadi is a good deal considering it is just a little over 40 km from Gurgaon. This is roughly the same distance between two strong established markets of Noida and Gurgaon.
@ Rishab, Although in most part, Bhiwadi is still industrial, it has potential. Bhiwadi is witnessing a shift from its erstwhile image as a mere industrial area to a destination with full-fledged real estate viability. Being a part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) Bhiwadi is now acknowledged as an investment zone. Still primarily driven by its industrial sector, it encompasses the manufacturing centers of Chopanki, Khushkhera and Sare Khurd. There is considerable additional industrial development activity planned by the Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation.

Even i have given the same date. Every time they are giving the new date of possession. Only god knows when will be the project get complete. I think we should create a what'sApp group and collectively reach the builders office and pressurized them for giving the possession as soon as possible or, we will take a legal action against them.Even i have given the same date. Hi Pehar!! Bhiwadi has become investment destination these days because of improved connectivity. It is well connected to NH-8. NHAI has also planned to built 14 road across this belt which will cut down travel time. The stretch would be expected to expand to 8-lanes and the connectivity of Delhi metro to Rewari, Alwar and these regions is expected in the near future.
