In my point of view , you can ask the builder the reason of project delay. May be they have some approval problem or something related to that.You should discuss with the builder about it. Without proper knowledge of it ,no need to take any step.

The DDA can focus on its core competence of being the administrator for development of the various zones, create infrastructure and regulate real estate development. The situation is so pathetic with the builder that they have closed their office at Sohana Road and have moved to site itself. There is no visible progress of the Callidora and Elegancia projects.
