hello meenakshi, this project is quite good and the main thing is its location.. it s on the road that is the road connecting dharuhera and biwadi and is around 1.5kms away from the NH8. National Green Tribunal has kept the decision pendinah dn so the noida authority is not able to give completion certification to teh builder and thereby delayed the possession in many projects that are in th 10 km radius of the okhla sanctuary..
