They offers two types of payment plan options- 1) The group offers two payment plans to choose from. Under the first payment plan the land cost is 1200/sq-ft and construction cost is 1800/sq-ft. Total land cost shall be paid within 45 days of booking. The remaining amount is loanable from any nationalised bank and shall be paid under construction link plan (CLP).
Under Plan-2:- The land is 1350/sq-ft and the construction cost is same as to Rs.1800/sq-ft.
