According to me, every locality ensures that amenities are close by but a luxury house should stand apart when it comes to such amenities. Good schools, playgrounds, family recreational centres at a walking distance, malls and commercial centres on the periphery would be appreciated. Neighbourhoods should also be kept in mind.
