Recently I went to JS looking to rent a flat but I was confronted by the watchman at the gate ,who asked me to meet Madhan for rental issues .Upon talking to him he asked me for 1 month's advance as commission .But I declined his offer and later I managed to rent a flat here without paying any commission.Having moved here I came to know that the Maintenance company DFMS is run by Madhan under the patronage of a resident in JS who seems to be part of JASFOA officials.Also the Aavin milk contract is taken by this JS resident and it is being implemented by Madhan on behalf of the JS resident.So even if the Maintenance company is changed Madhan will remain here.JS will be a better place only if this guy is shown the door.

Normally in TNHB allotment schedule of property the footprint of the flat shared with others alone is mentioned in the Sale Deed and not the overall size of the plot. Pl specify if Land patta is required for the same . Also let me know whether we can view the Chennai properties patta online in TN Govt website .
