A lawyer can help you out with all written correspondence as well as with filing a complaint in case you feel your rights have been denied in any way.

Hi Madhukar, It is in the recent news that, realty firm Ashiana Housing would be expanding its operations to new cities including Chennai, Kolkata and is considering Pune. This group has plan to look at more cities where they can expand and also look at the existing cities and make sure that they do enough work in these existing cities and build more and more middle income housing.

I saw in news paper that the Delhi-based firm which has its presence in Jamshedpur, Bhiwadi, Jaipur, Neemrana, Jodhpur, Hallol in Gujarat and in Lavasa, near Mumbai, says the the bulk of its sales are between the January to March period and expects the next three montsh to be fruitful.

Hi Sudeep, In my point of view, this is definitely a big problem for builders & developers. Even now people will face more problem as builders will say project got delay due to hike in cement price. I came to know from different sources that, many government infrastructure projects had slowed down owing to hike in cement price. People in the construction industry may have to look at setting up permanent berths at Krishnapattinam and Karaikal ports to import cement from Indonesia. Imported cement will cost only 200 a bag.

Hi kushal,I really appreciate govt initiative in terms of smart city , i just want to give my view point that the smart city project is the urban development project of the Modi government with focusing ambitious of JNNURM. While JNNURM took up mega projects such as storm water drain for Chennai, the smart city initiative focuses on ensuring safe drinking water,solid waste management and digital connectivity. While the 100 crore allocation per year may sound good, it gives cities a chance to think ahead and come up with a vision for each city keeping with projected growth in population.

As far as localities is concerned Poonamallee Situated in West Chennai, Poonamallee is another area climbing the realty growth ladder. Robust connectivity coupled with proximity to IT hubs have led to this realty growth. Additionally, over demand from neighbouring Anna Nagar and Porur, where property values have risen significantly, has also enhanced the realty prospects of Poonamallee.

Hi Kiran, I have already invested in the same residential project and very much positive about it. The possession is scheduled as per the builder commitment. Also the R.A Puram area is developing well and you can be sure of healthy returns. The sq ft rates here used to be around Rs 12000 but now it is almost Rs 21000.

Kotturpuram is one of the attractive locality to live in as the locality has good infrastructure, schools, hospitals and abundant greenery. People are buying homes in this locality because of its proximity to important localities such as Nandanam, Adyar and Alwarpet.
The biggest advantage of this locality is the absence of traffic congestion. But the area needs better storm water drains and sewerage lines, lack of footpaths and the metro line needs to be extended.

Well Devendra.....Carpet area of 1 BHK regular flat is 32.34 Sq. mt and for 2BHK 42.05 Sq. mt. Happiniest Avadi is a RERA approved project and its registration no for Block D – TN/02/Building/0053/2017 and for Block F – TN/02/Building/0054/2017. As far as bank loan is concerned, HDFC, ICICI, SBI, IIFL, Axis, PNB, Indiabulls etc are offering housing loan for it.

Before going for a home loan, you must be careful enough to see the nature of its interest rates. There are two types of interest rates i.e. fixed interest rates and floating interest rates. You have to carefully choose between the two. Fixed home loan interest rates will remain fixed all over the tenure and floating home loan interest rate will keep on changing with the change in the base rate. Hello Shaik, As per the current SBI Home Loan Rate, you have to pay Rs.12292 pr month for a period of 10 years on Rs.1000000.
Apart from that, we should always take the loan from centralised banks and not from private banks. As private banks interest rates are too high compared to centralised banks. The normal range of Home loan interest rates are from 8.35% to 14.00%. SBI and ICICI bank has given a privilege to its women borrowers by providing them a home loan interest rate lesser than the home loan interest rate provided to the male borrowers.

Hello Rajii, Depends on the purpose of purchasing the property. For investment purpose, a plot can be profitable in the future, but it will not bring in any rental returns till the time it is released and sold. Q: Planning to buy a house in Sevvapet. The house is around 10 years old and it is located near to the bus stop and close to the CTH road, 1 km from the Sevvapet Railway station. Will it be good in future for living? Since it is a 10 years old house ,please suggest me what is the price I can give for the house. The plot size is 2600sqft and house size is 800sqft.
