how is the promoter klazina consultants ltd for neemrana gateway residency

Why to bother about the promoter, important thing is quality of construction.. so isnt it good to check builders track record??
Right now there is no builders attached. they are selling plots at neemrana gateway residency and i want to buy them. If you could possibly tell me if its ok to buy the plots.
