Completion certificate will be given only after entire project completed? Are there BDA violations?
Q: We hear there is no Completion certificate, occupancy certificate even after 5 years, and expected to be obtained only after entire project is completed. At present only 15% project is done. is it true? Also we hear there are many changes to BDA plan and BDA had submitted many notices to builder. Are these true?

Latest Answer: Hi Yatendra, Have you booked an apartment in any of their project? I was thinking of going for thier project called HM North City but it seems they are not marketing the project now :( :(
