Brokerage & Lawyer Charges
Q: What are the brokerage charges for buying a resale property in kharghar. Broker is asking for 2% from my side & 2% from other party. Are there any lawyer charges apart from brokerage? Broker is asking for 20k as lawyer charges.

Latest Answer: I m not sure .. i have recently bought an apartment and have payed brokerage as well as lawyer's charges as well.. check if you get lucky and able to save your 20 k .. all the best :)
