Latest Answer: I have also been researching about this builder. Although over all the reviews are ok, there are a few grey areas. But considering they still are new and yet to build a reputation, those issues can be kept in mind for a later date. One of the reviews I read said "One of my friend has booked a plot in their Project and after he cancelled the plot but now he become a beggar in front of company from last 1 yr for his Refund of Rs.250000." and another said "i am in air force and totally dis agree with you may be you know a wrong man called ''''Sunil Nagar''''. Mr Nagar of max balaji group is a gem. i know this man since 7 September 2008." My Advice would be for you to take an informed decision. All the best.
