The builder doesn't give Occupation certificate. Should I still buy?

Latest Answer: It is mandatory for high rise buildings. The builder is responsible for getting the same.

Has anybody bought recenltly? Did builder tell about hike in extras, and the long delay in the project?

Latest Answer: I have read many bad review about the project and even I heard that builder has not delivered any amenities as per promises to the residents
