We have paid 20% cost of the Flat Tivoli B-502 since the booking.You are now suppose to give us the loan papers so that we can get Home loan from our Deptt.We have sent you all formats required by the Dept which are very simple and all builders of the country normally fill it up and return within a week.Despite repeated requests verbally,telephonically and e-mails to Mr. Mathur and Mr.Sonex we have not yet received the required documents.
