Affordable Housing Project Urban Homes-II, in Sector-86 result is coming on 28th August 2015 and their closing was 28.06.2015. In two months. Shame on tulip. Never purchase a unit from tulip. Their units at YMCA chowk Faridabad are in legal problem for last 3 years.
Can you guys complaint or write about this at as many places as you can. Write on FB, Twitter, Property ports. Also write in reviews. May be this will push them to finalise the draw date. I have already done this.

Does any one have any update about the draw, As to conduct a draw each developer required to have approved building plans and environmental clearance (EC) and I came to know that tulip has failed to get the EC as on date that's the main reason why the delay is there.
If anyone have any other update regarding the draw kindly share the same.
Also if there is any group please add me also at 8750211147 thanks.
Draw has been completed yesterday. Results will be uploaded on their site by today evening as they mentioned yesterday.

Guys , i think now it a high for us to escalate the matter, I believe tulip is enjoying on our funds and they are not upto giving a concrete reason to display their honesty in draw..since its been around 6 months and no clue what will the end result and may be the possibility that some of us will not get the money back.
