Q: Is the bookings for Godrej Garden City open..??

And still if you plan to go ahead just ask them a sample copy of agreement and get amazed by not seeing any name of Godrej in the agreement, also ask them about loan process as to why even after paying 20% they can't provide NOC for processing loan application!
Well, Ashwin having name of Farmer in Agreement is obvious.. Godrej hasnt buy land from farmer at all. It is partnership project between farmer (land owner) and Godrej Properties.
