Hi Manohar..yes they are charging the same. And yes how many floor does this apartment complex has..?? Buildings in Manikonda are not allowed to have more than three floors.
Hi Sujan, Do u know if 3 floor restriction is still there. As prime residency is making 5 floor building. is it legal?
