Q: Hw t restrict real estate frauds like mahima group for using media as a tool for marketing the virtual apartment without having any proper documents. We need to stop this before more people get cheated. Reply and suggest.

Latest Answer: The builder is having real estate dealer experience not construction.he uses politics and media for influencing public. If someone lose money come forward and fight. We need t stop them from cheating people

Q: if some buying this mahima nest, ask the builder to provide the approved plan, Mahima nest building FSI, front road width, building land width. compare with approved document. lot of BDA violation we can observe. FSI rating is more than 3. this is not allowed for 24 feet road as per BDA rules. bulider claims flat 1160sqft without common area. if you measure as per plan t comes around 850 sqft only. land width he claims 35 feet. but in land document its only 32 feet. pleaase clarify all these before proceed further.
