Dont sell VGP RAMANUJAR TOWN any part at less than 700 per sqft... sell it 750/-.... Local mediators and local people confusing the buyers about the rate. if you going to sell the land they would say at 3 lacs per ground. if you ask 10 grounds for 30 lacs they would ran away from there and they won't pick your call too.. This is the shit happening there. There are so many projects going to happen near the land... 1. CHENNAI TO BANGALORE FAST TRACK, 2.600 FEET ROAD FROM PADAPPAI TO ENNORE (which very near from the layout), 3. SRIPERUMBATUR RAILWAY STATION NEAR THE LAND and main thing is GREEN FIELD AIRPORT VERY NEAR TO VGP RAMANUJAR TOWN.. Soon it going to be a commercial price.. I request the land owners, please do not sale your land.. Already waited for a long time. Just wait for few months... your land will be getting more appreciation.. ( I guess/expect a ground reaches 40 to 60 lacs in 2016-17).. Thanks in advance to accept my view..
