I have a water lick age on my wall and roof, can any one help me. I have raised a ticket however no response.
Q: We are highly disappointed with this VBHC as we are having water lick age on the roof and wall and its a brand new house. So shameful as to how this builder chited us and more over no response on my question from their end. Please let me know if any one knows any solution on this.

Hi Pranita, As far as I know the builder maintain the complex for one year after completion of the project. So you can talk with the builder of the project and ask him to repair it. You can even talk with the association if it is formed and discuss about it.
I have contacted the VBHC maintenance staff Mr Raju however there is no solution. Could you please tell me how can i contact the builder?
