Is there any second hand flats available for sale now??
Q: Hi, I'm intrested in buying, if there are any second hand flats available for sale in here now.

Latest Answer: the price expectation from the owners is too high in this society, in and around this society with new ventures they are charging 4000 +250/sqft . where as the prince greenwood the expectation is beyond 5500 per sqft, being ready to occupy we can buy the flat here for 4500/sqft, as the draw backs are that there is nothing around this society with in 2 kms for provision,doctors,any kind of daily necessaties. this is my opinion and experience staying in this society rest your decision please
